A Tree Full of Shingles and a Place Filled with Hope

TCholiday-03

I had the privilege to build some original holiday art and decorate for Taylor’s Closet’s Boutique. After a creative meeting with Lindsay – the founder of this incredible organization, I built, crafted, hung, and nailed together this little bit of Christmas cheer.

First up was an assemblage of wood shingles — stained, white-washed, dusted with metallic spray paint and lit up with twinkle lights.
I’m making a few more of these trees this holiday season, if you’re interested in having a unique one made for you and your family, contact me!

Holiday baubles in red and gold now hang from the boutique’s chandelier.

A gust of holiday stars, falling from a branch and sequined sparkles tumble down a wall near the front door, welcoming girls as they first walk in.

And to top it off, a little pinecone garland.
